Hello blog readers!

We are now opening our blog to your suggestions.  We have been posting weekly excerpts from Bob’s Books and Books, as well as keeping you up to date with current events at Oak Knoll, but what else would you like to see? What types of posts are you most interested in reading? Please leave a comment with your ideas. We look forward to hearing from you!

    Hello Oak Knollers!

I’ve enjoyed reading the blog so far. May I recommend a regular series of blog posts where a book on books is reviewed? I love reading biographies of book collectors, biographies of book sellers, reminiscences of collectors and sellers, etc., but with such a large body of literature out there, I’m not always sure which book should be my next choice. So, I know I would enjoy reading periodic reviews of the best books on books.

Thanks and keep up the good work!

I’d also love to see book reviews, but also would like to see some behind the scenes stuff — who helps with design, production, editorial stuff of your wonderful books!

    Hello from Spain!,
First of all congratulations for this blog and your wonderful bookshop. I am a bookbinding student, so I would like to read about that topic in your blog, as well as about typography and books design.

I enjoy your blog very much and I will follow all your entries.

    See you soon!
